Once or twice a week, I like to eat like the renowned knights Templar before. It has it's health benefits as well, if you're into health and fitness. The Templar's were restricted to hunt for their own food, however fishing was allowed. The monastic order believed that meat corrupted the body, but had it's props in protein after training with your sword and shield in full armor. Meat was still only eaten three times a week.
