Hello Brothers and Sisters. I would like to formally introduce myself to the Priory. My name is Christopher Citarella. I was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. I'm an Italian Catholic by birth and was raised in the same Church where I was Baptized, had my First Communion, many years of CCD, then Confirmation. I went to Catholic high school but school was never really my thing. From a young age I always enjoyed traveling and exploring either alone or with my family.

After Graduation, I set out to San Francisco and spent most of my adult life as a Deadhead where I traveled many million miles while living in many different vehicles seeing various cover bands and bands formed by the original members. I became well known on Haight Street and all over California thru my travels. Making art and being a type of historian of Shakedown, our outdoor market where we sell our crafts and see our friends from all over the country. In addition to music and traveling I've always enjoyed working various construction jobs which has helped me stay on the road Who doesn't like a little hard work every so often.

In more recent years my life became very difficult with family issues which caused me to stray from our Lord Jesus Christ. No matter what happened I still kept the faith and am forever proud to celebrate 8 years sober this Labor Day. My sobriety gave me many life purposes I wouldn't have had if I still had been drinking. Recently, I renewed my faith and got re-Baptized and hope to continue to walk the RIGHT path and continue to live in Jesus' name like how I was raised back east. God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers and I am a 100% a testament of that. I've been put thru every test a man could go thru but never lost track of my ultimate purpose of serving others and be in service to the LORD.

I'm happy to have found you my Brothers and Sisters, and hope to meet many of you on my travels around the country. I've been assigned to the Priory of St. Joan of Arc so if your around here add me on BeliefBook. It would be great to meet my fellow Brothers and Sisters who share similar interests in faith and moral integrity that I've had a hard time finding in normal everyday life. Thanks for being apart of my Journey. Godspeed!!
