I have come from humble beginnings. I know what it means to fully depend on God. I've endured every possible abuse a child could've gone through. From being born in a Broken home to an abusive father, having to flee with my mother and four other siblings by living on the streets at the age of eight. to moving in with other relatives only to be taken advantage of, molested by other relatives and beaten by a so called "Friend of the Family". When I was ten, we moved out my mother finally landed a job and rented out a place. one Saturday morning, we went to a church that was having a major spring cleaning that we took part in, and it was the day I had my first visitation. I'm looking up at this bright tall man in regular clothes he sits me down and shared with me John 3:16. he told me what God had done and how much He loves me he introduced me to Jesus Christ, and I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior. He told me that other angles were celebrating my choice that day. He gave me a small green Gideons Bible and instructed me to read the book of John then Matthew Mark and Luke. I promised him that I would read it. He smiled and gave me a big hug then he was gone. When we got home, I picked out a spot and started reading. I did what he told me to do but I couldn't stop. My eyes of understanding began opening up to why we, as true believers, must endure hardship from the world and the hardship we place on ourselves by making rash and rushed decisions. The Word of God taught me how to deal with the advisory's deceptions and hoe to see and treat everyone/everything as God's creation. You've asked why I seek to join the ranks of the Templar Knights... It's to minister to others that are going through and have been misled by the same deceptions that I've endured. My Heart is for the homeless and batted children as well as the men and women everywhere. They are my mission, and I know I can't do it alone. I believe my path is to become brothers in arms with-in the ranks of the Knights Templar. The Holy Spirit has led me here and here I will stay until I draw my last breath.
