Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of this Friday morning and for another precious day of life. Thank You for carrying us through this week, for Your blessings seen and unseen, and for the grace and mercy that meet us anew each morning.
Lord, we place this day completely into Your hands. Guide our thoughts, our words, our decisions, and our actions. When we are uncertain, give us wisdom. When we become weary, give us strength. When worry enters our hearts, remind us that You are already there, and nothing we face today is beyond Your care.
“Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will act.” — Psalm 37:5 (NABRE)
Holy Spirit, walk with us today. Help us recognize opportunities to show kindness, forgive freely, encourage someone who is struggling, and bear witness to the love of Christ in the way we treat one another.
We especially lift up our families and loved ones. Protect them wherever they may go today. Bring healing to the sick, strength to those undergoing treatments or recovering, comfort to those who are grieving, companionship to the lonely, and hope to anyone who feels overwhelmed or afraid.
Lord, we surrender the things we cannot control—the situations we cannot change, the answers we are waiting for, and the burdens we have carried too long. Help us remember that we do not have to understand everything when we know the One who holds everything.
Blessed Mother, pray for us and teach us to say with trusting hearts, “May it be done to me according to your word.”
Father, may this Friday be more than simply another day. Let it be another opportunity to glorify You, to share Your love, to appreciate the beauty of Your creation, and to be grateful for the extraordinary gift of being alive.
We give You this day and all that it may bring.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen. 🙏
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in You.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.
