Government has a responsibility to uphold justice, restrain wrongdoing, and protect the people. Yet earthly authority is not above God’s law. Leaders are accountable for their actions, just as every individual is accountable for how they live.
📖 Proverbs 14:34 (KJV)
“Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.”
America’s strength is not measured by its wealth, military power, or global influence alone. Its true moral character must also be measured by its commitment to truth, justice, mercy, humility, and the protection of the innocent.
📖 Micah 6:8 (KJV)
“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”
No nation is beyond God’s judgment, and no political leader is above His authority. Scripture calls rulers to govern justly and calls citizens to pursue righteousness, pray for those in authority, and stand for what is right.
📖 1 Timothy 2:1–2 (KJV) calls Christians to pray for kings and all who are in authority.
May America seek wisdom over pride, justice over corruption, truth over deception, and faith over fear. Our ultimate allegiance belongs to God, and our responsibility is to pursue righteousness regardless of who holds political power.
