“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?”
— 1 Corinthians 6:19, KJV
This passage speaks directly about holiness and honoring God with our bodies. We can also apply that principle through thoughtful care for our health: movement, nourishment, and adequate rest.
Our physical abilities differ, and fitness does not determine our worth. The goal is to care for what God has entrusted to us so we can serve our families, our fellowship, and those in need.
Prepare with purpose. Train with discipline. Recover with wisdom. Use your strength to serve.
