I shared in our last priory zoom meeting about a court appearance for today at 2 pm. Update new judge, the one I had for more than a yr was removed. The new judge wearing a mason ring said new judge new rules all motions to only contain RI case law and I get to start over with discovery.. He wont rule on whatever the last judge did. Then said If the opposing counsel, deflects, objects or try's to shell game he will order the truthful answer, or produce the truthful document.
