My name is Christian Cortez, and I am a proud Catholic whose life is grounded in faith, service, and personal responsibility. I am a United States Navy veteran, and the values instilled through my military service—discipline, integrity, and accountability—continue to guide my actions and decisions. My Catholic faith is central to who I am and informs my commitment to service, fraternity, and living in accordance with Christian principles.
Professionally, I serve as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) in the semiconductor construction industry, where precision, safety, and adherence to rigorous standards are essential. Outside of my professional life, I value craftsmanship, learning, and meaningful pursuits, including aviation, scuba diving, woodworking, leatherworking, and an appreciation for fine beer and distillery culture. I also enjoy golf on occasion, approaching it with good humor and humility.
Above all, I strive to live my faith through action, service to others, and fellowship with those who share a commitment to virtue and purpose.
