Don't let your feelings define your mental state. Sometimes your flesh uses your feelings as a mouth piece to speak things that does not line up with God's Word. That is why it is important to seek God daily to allow Him to show you who you are and what God created you to be and do. The longer you wait to do so, the more time the enemy has to fill your mind with what he wants you to think which is foolishness.
