Anyone have any suggestions?
Relational evangelism is a method of sharing faith by first building friendships with non-believers and sharing the gospel within the context of those ongoing relationships. It emphasizes building trust and connection over time through actions like meeting needs and listening deeply, rather than an immediate, direct gospel presentation to strangers. This approach is seen as a natural, unhurried way to share one's beliefs, often leading to stronger assimilation into a faith community for new converts.
Key aspects of relational evangelism
Relationship first: It centers on intentionally building friendships with people like neighbors, coworkers, or hobby partners to establish trust.
Action and service: It involves serving others by meeting their needs, such as helping with a project or simply showing kindness, which demonstrates the love of Christ in action.
Natural conversations: The gospel is shared not as a pre-packaged speech, but as a natural part of a friendship, often by "gently steering the conversation" towards faith when appropriate.
Long-term process: This is a longer-term strategy, where sharing faith is not time-sensitive, and the focus is on a consistent, unhurried process over time.
"Show and tell": It combines "showing" the gospel through one's life (incarnational presence) and "telling" the gospel through conversation (content of the message).
Authentic witness: The goal is to be a credible witness by living out one's faith in a genuine way, which can build attraction to the God one worships.
I've been watching TimcastIRl, Officer Tatum podcasts and there is a lot of hate and violence going on. I welcome the National Guard in Seattle, Portland and LA. Enough is enough! Hate filled people laugh at Charlie Kirk's death. I was shaken when I saw that. Sick , depraved and just wrong. I was a teen during the assassination of Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, the attempted assassination of Reagan, Ford and now Trump.

This HAS to STOP! There is more unrest now than back in the Viet Nam era. BLM, Antifa and the rest need to rooted out like cockroaches and eliminated, but anyone with a gun, half a brain and hate that boils over can start a new group. I welcome the National Guard into Seattle, Portland, LA. Seattle was beautiful when I was younger, clean streets, businesses thriving.. Now, it's a cesspool of humanity. I served eleven and a half years for this?? I voted for this and people are becoming intolerant. I see some dark days coming and I wish I didn't.
