Life Story
I was born in small town in the center of Puerto Rico, named Jayuya. It is a very small town famous for its culture and agriculture, especially coffee. Later I moved to big city for college studies. I studied Biology & Chemistry as undergraduate, later completed Master and Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturing and some Theological Courses.
Jesus found me early in my life (18 years old). Since this moment I spent my life in professional sector and serving Jesus and the people in many roles like leadership of church youth groups, biblical studies, community work, finances, budget management, etc.
Currently, I live in the Puerto Rico North Side (Manatí). I still working in pharmaceutical and servicing through the Disciples of Christ Church at Manatí. Currently, I’m working in the leadership of youth members at university level, biblical study teacher, and helping in development of community projects. I have three daughters (Glenda Enid, Veronica, and Paola). I’m practicing bonsais, shooting, gym, reading and good dining & coffee with my daughters.
Why to be a Templar
I’m reading everything about Templars for years. I was impressed by their lifestyle, loyalty to a cause and sacrifices for the benefit of others. Love their values as well as their story. Unfortunately, these are the values that modern church has lost! I saw Templars as an opportunity to return to service, be the voice of the hope for others and to represent Jesus in moder times. To be part of an organization like this means that we can achieve many goals together for the same purpose, spreading the good news to all. Be part of Templar Organization for me is to reach a dream.
Professional Summary
Project management and quality systems leader with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across pharmaceutical, medical device, combination product, and water treatment environments. Proven track record leading product transfers, remediation programs, validation efforts, QMS implementation, and compliance-driven operational improvements in highly regulated settings. Experienced in coordinating stakeholders across quality, manufacturing, laboratories, engineering, and regulatory functions to improve compliance, reduce risk, increase efficiency, and deliver measurable business results.
